Super Fluffy Omelet :
This fluffy omelet is quick to make, perfect for breakfast or lunch, it is very simple to prepare and hardly takes a few minutes. You want to make a breakfast that will impress out of the half-dozen eggs and random condiments in your refrigerator? From a simple omelet to giving it a twist by making it super fluffy.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp oil/butter
- some chives or chopped coriander leaves.
Steps:
Step 1: Separate the egg whites and the egg yolks in two separate bowls.
This is the egg white.
This is the yolk. Do the same for both the eggs.
Step 2: Whisk the egg whites using a whisker/spoon/electric blender and don’t stop beating them until you have stiff peaks. Okay, you can take breaks, but don’t give up! The final whisked egg whites will look like this.
Step 3: Now add salt and pepper to the separated yolks. Also add some chives or coriander if you want.
(In pic you can see 1 yolk for reference, you will have 2)
Step 4: Mix it well and then add this to the whisked egg whites slowly. Mix it properly.
Step 5: Take a pan put some oil/butter and transfer the mixture to the pan.
Step 6: Cook it properly on both sides and garnish with chives or coriander. Your fluffy Omelet is ready to be served.
Tips:
- Add the yolks to the egg whites slowly or it will destroy the texture sometimes.
- If you do not add chives/coriander, that's completely fine. It depends on what you want.
- The fluffiness depends on the whisked egg whites. If egg whites are whipped properly, your omelet will be super fluffy.
